"Fantastic Customer Support"
I was on the hunt for a new oven and reached out to Sam, who was incredibly helpful and well-informed. She arranged for it to be delivered the next day. Greg and Shane showed up to drop off the oven and went above and beyond to set it up, which was a bit challenging since the back of the new one was a tad different from my previous model. They were polite and really knew their stuff. Big thanks to Sam, Greg, and Shane. I definitely recommend ne appliances.

"Extremely Disappointed"
I am really upset. I ordered an air fryer six weeks back. I get that they’re super popular, but first I was given a delivery date, then it changed to early December, and now I’m hearing I might not get one at all. If I had received an email or any kind of update about the timing, I could have dealt with it better. I've had to call a couple of times myself to get any info. My order number is 000006777.

We lodged a complaint with this company regarding the terrible service we experienced, and it has been totally overlooked. Customer support provided me with what seemed like a head office email to address the issue, but they were obviously not being truthful, once more. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

"Exercise caution with this company"
Had a really rough time after waiting ages for a delivery I ordered over a month back. I purchased a Neff Extractor Hood from them well ahead of my kitchen installation, and it was on sale - they took the money from my PayPal right away. After five days past the expected delivery, I reached out to them to check on my order and was told that one of their directors was meant to call me to explain what was going on; but, surprise, no one ever did. Then I found out that PayPal had apparently blocked the payment, thinking it was a scam, so they claimed they hadn’t received my money.
I contacted PayPal, and they assured me there were no problems with the transaction on my side, nor had they held back the payment to the seller. So, I filed a dispute with PayPal for the non-delivery and asked them to step in. I also requested this company to process my refund ASAP.
I did get my money back; however, their assertion that they hadn’t received anything from PayPal seems pretty flimsy since they managed to issue a refund without having the payment.
They left me hanging just two days before my kitchen install without an extractor hood.
Watch out for this company because their communication is practically non-existent, and I have a feeling they just didn’t want to send the item since it went back to full price. I won’t be shopping with them again.

I've seen some of the recent bad reviews and I gotta say, that wasn't my experience at all. Sam and the crew were super helpful from start to finish and really couldn't have done better, even when the item didn't fit right. The refund process was quick and hassle-free. I appreciated the call on delivery day, so I wasn't just sitting around twiddling my thumbs! Oh, and the prices? They're as good as they look after doing my homework. Stick with local for all the usual reasons.

"Outstanding Service from the Sales Crew"
The sales crew was top-notch. They provided quick service and speedy delivery. The delivery guys, Terry and Andy, were fantastic and super polite; nothing was too much trouble for them. I’ll definitely be going with NE Appliances again in the future, no question about it.

"Extremely let down"
I ordered a washing machine that was meant to show up yesterday. I stayed home all day, but it never arrived. Now I've wasted my whole morning trying to get in touch with Customer Services, but all I get is a recorded message asking for my number so they can return my call. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company; the only thing they did quickly was take my cash!

"Great Support from the Team"
Even though it was a bit of a letdown that one of the appliances we got was wrong and the delivery crew zoomed off before we could inform them, the assistance we received from the young woman on the phone was top-notch. Both she and her supervisor worked hard to find a fix that we’re really pleased with. The folks who delivered the second time were super helpful and made sure everything was just right. Overall, we’re quite happy with the service we ended up getting.

"Received Damaged Fridge Freezer Instead of New"
I got a fridge freezer that was supposed to be brand new, but when it showed up, there was no box or styrofoam—just bubble wrap.
The back of the fridge freezer is messed up: the plastic cap is broken, and the bottom is all scratched up because the delivery guy dragged it across the concrete. The foam on the back is torn, and there are two dents on the side, plus one in the front. To top it off, the fridge door has some serious scratches.
I really don’t trust this company to sell new items. What I received feels like a returned product that was just wrapped up in bubble wrap or maybe a refurbished one that’s being passed off as new.
I’m completely let down and frustrated since I picked this local business. I wouldn’t suggest anyone use them. It’s just sad and annoying.
I’ve reached out to customer service and left a voicemail. I’ll keep you posted on what happens next.

The team is professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The fitters, TERRY and CURTIS, tackled a tricky integrated installation with impressive skill and care—no scratches at all! They kept the mood light, even when things got a bit complicated. A few days later, we needed to tweak the setup for balance, and once again, TERRY and CURTIS showed up and sorted it out in just 10 minutes. No hassle at all.

"My experience with an under counter freezer purchase"
I ordered an under counter freezer from NE, but I accidentally clicked the wrong option and ended up with a fridge! Thankfully, NE was really helpful; they heard me out, recommended a few options, and switched my payment to the freezer without any hassle. The freezer showed up on time, and I got updates from the driver. I'd definitely shop with them again, no doubt about it.

"Terrible support from the company!"
I’m really shocked by how NE Appliances has handled my situation. I’ve sent countless emails, filled out forms on their site, made phone calls, and left voicemails about a broken cooker that arrived a week back, and they’ve just ignored me. If I don’t get a written response in the next three business days regarding whether they’ll replace the faulty cooker or give me a refund, I’m gonna take legal steps against them.

"Fantastic service from the whole team!"
Initially, I was on the hunt for a washing machine for my new place. After browsing through a bunch of websites and checking out reviews, I decided to look specifically for that model, and NE Appliances popped up in the top results. The website made it super easy to buy and schedule a delivery slot, which was a real plus.
To my surprise, a wonderful lady named Othelia reached out to me to offer an earlier delivery time since the drivers would be in my neighborhood. I told her I was just waiting to move in, but I truly appreciated her effort to go above and beyond.
The delivery team called me bright and early to inform me of their estimated arrival time as they were traveling from Bristol to Birmingham. I thought that was a nice touch, especially since I had booked an all-day delivery slot. When they showed up, they were incredibly helpful. I was planning to install the machine myself, and they shared some handy tips, like using a cleaning spray on the floor to help it slide into place. Othelia mentioned that one of the guys was named Adam, so thanks to both of them!
Because of the stellar service I received, I decided that NE was the only place I wanted to buy a dishwasher from, which I did, and it was delivered this morning by John and Shane.
I did pay for installation this time, but I made a little mistake by not realizing I needed a water supply for them to set it up. I should've arranged that with a plumber beforehand! They were super polite about my little mishap and immediately suggested I call Othelia to sort out a refund for the installation fee, which I did, and there was absolutely no hassle!
Big thanks to the entire NE team for their outstanding service!
